    I prefer cardio, only.
    It doesnt bulk me up(I’m a girl)
    and I still have tone,

    since i used to do weights before, the muscle is there,
    muscle never deminishes.

    We get two testosterone peak waves in any given day, the 1st comes approximately 2 hours after we wake up in the morning and the other is about 10 hours after we wake up. These are ideal times to lift weights because for the obvious reason you will be stronger.

    That being said; you should always lift weights before cardio. I suggest lifting weights in the morning and then cardio at night.

    If you do follow the inverse alternative the cardio will drain far too much energy and lifting weights will be pointless in the evening.

    As long as you follow a strict diet and workout twice per day; weights and cardio respectively and get plenty of REST. You will burn fat like nobodies business and keep it off too.
