If you are not fat, you do not need to lose weight AT ALL, let alone fast. If you were serious about this, you’d do the exercise.

I have 1 meal a day, no snacks nothing
I Have a healthy but filling dinner at 6pm everyday and nothing else only water throughout the day!

There are no short-cuts.
All these fad diets are created by people who prey on the weak, lazy and ignorant (thats’ YOU). They get rich, you get nowhere.
The only way is
a) eat a balanced diet
b) exercise regularly

i just wrote this to someone else –Here’s the deal.. when you starve yourself your metabolism drops WAAAAYYY down.. youll lose weight while your not eating, but since your body knows its not getting to eat very often, as soon as you start to eat again, it will store EVERYTHING = MORE FAT! honestly the only way to lose weight and keep it off is exercise.. it raises your metabolism, and keeps you healthy. 1 pound of muscle can burn 5 pounds of fat in a month (IF ITS TONE MUSCLE!) keep that in mind. the only way to build your metabolism is to exercise to a point where your heart rate is increased. AKA (your breathing heavy). do that for 15 minutes a day, and in a months time, even 2 weeks youll see a difference!!

Basic problem with diet drugs, the CONCEPT does not work.
There are a number of reasons for this, but probably the best is that diets alone virtually never work. This is because the main reason that we are all heavier is NOT due to major rises in calorie intakes, which are 700 calories per day LESS than people ate in 1950, but because we just don’t burn the calories off any more.
Unfortunately though there may be some initial weight reduction, so called ‘dieters’ who either look for quick fixes or something to lose weight for them, have a 2 in 3 chance of ending up heavier in the long term.
The only real methods that end up with people both losing weight AND keeping it off involve diet plus exercise.

Im a former bulimic (ya i know) but im recovered now and very healthy
Here’s sum simple tips besides the obvious of pills, exercises and eating healthy
I used to eat from paper plates/napkins to absorbs any extra oils or fats
take a multivitamin, to make sure you ain’t missing out on Essential nutrients
eat plenty of chili as it increases your metabolism
Give yourself treats as rewards eg a facial
water before meals to fill you
drink iced water as ur body uses Cal’s to warm it up
eating celery burns more cals, dan whats in d actual celery stick
and eat from a small plate, wit a small spoon, and put in down between mouthfuls, and not in front of the tv, tricks your mind you’ve eaten loads

well, lazy is the first thing you gonna chance… motivate your self for start eating a healthy food. thing positive.
