Best Fat Loss Product you have ever used?

I’ve been slowly gaining weight… now I’m about 20 pounds heavier than I’d like to be and I’d like a good product or program that will help me lose weight. But I’m afraid of scams. What is the best Fat loss program/product you have ever used?

    I would not recommend using any product for losing weight. Alot of products for losing weight are exactly what your afraid of,scams. I suggest working out with the people on fitness channel if you have cable, or create yourself a workout plan you can use and stick with it, or go to a local gym, but I highly recommend that you prevent using products.
