Are simple carbs better for weightloss that complex carbs?
As simple carbs are digester more easily than complex carbs, does this mean it’s best to eat those from a pure weight loss point of view?

you need a balance of both to sustain energy. dont cut any nutrient out of your diet to lose weight. just consume less calories and ensure you get balanced meals
