Anyone know of a low-carb matzoh meal alternative?
I want to make salmon patties, but I want to use an alternative to matzoh meal because I eat low carb. Can anyone help? Please don’t offer recipes — I like the one I have. I just need to know what I can use in my recipe in place of matzoh meal. Thanks!

You can use Heart Smart Bisquick low fat baking mix. 0ne third cup has 27g of carbs which is equal to 2 carbs. Hope this helps.
