Anyone have a diet plan that helps you loose weight fast without completly starving yourself?

Im 17 and im trying to loose weight for prom. Anyone have any fast, yet not too dangerous diet plans or work out routiens?

    It is possible to lose weight rapidly but you should be realistic and understand that if you lose weight fast then you will almost certainly put it all back on again just as fast.     Jump rope 30 minutes a day
    ab workout
    pushups
    Go SWIMMING.
    Dont touch Ice cream, mcDonalds, or any fast food, junk food…
