I use xenadrine RFA-X. They are one of the strongest, you can get them in GNC- they are also on offer at the moment. You feel like you can work out much longer, I think they are really good.
However, if you are sensitive to caffeine I wouldn’t recommend them and make sure you do what its says on the pack and start with one and build up because I am not sensitive to caffeine at all and I tried just taking 3 from the start and got the shakes lol. (Each tablet is equivalent to like 1 cup of coffee and you take 3 twice a day)
You need to ease your body into it. Sometimes I get shakey after I work out if I have taken them just before but I guess that is just where I can double my workout with them.
Remember though- they won’t work if you don’t work out as they are designed to enhance the effects they aren’t magic you have to work hard with them too.
    Hope that helps.

Bad news not only do diet pills not work, but so called dieters like you who try for the quick fix have a 2 in 3 chance of ending up heavier in the long term!

Do you see the box near the top of the page?
The one labelled ‘Search for questions: ‘?
    Well type in ‘lose weight’.
You will find over 23,000 pre-existing questions.
Try the misspellings ‘loose weight’ and there are another 6,500.
In all there are over 70,000 Health section questions requesting solutions to being or thinking you might be overweight.
On average these each yield 6 answers, that is over 420,000 answers.

I can usefully summarise these answers in 4 words:

EAT LESS DO MORE. Are you desperate enough to try this???

Sigh, another anti supplement campaigner. If you actually read the question, he is looking to aid in losing fat whilst not reducing muscle. He isnt a dieter or weight loss fanatic. Whilst your “Eat less do more” point has a certain validity, there is nothing wrong with trying to increase gains from exercise by taking something to speed up the process even if it is only by a small margin. People who gain weight taking these supplements or more importantly gain FAT are people who think that these pills are a replacement for exercise and sit on the behinds all day doing nothing. For those of us who dont have time to spend all day in the gym, but manage to grab a couple of hours in the evening, these pills are fine. But you DO actually have to go the the gym. If you want to lose fat without the work, the only answers are either switch to a very low fat diet or liposuction.
