14 Year old Male:How to lose body fat fast?
Hey, I’m a 14 year old male. I’m some what average and want to know how to lose body fat fast because summer is coming up. I have a somewhat big belly, and my thighs and butt is big… I’m going through yahoo because I can’t find anything that could help me, using what I have through google. I have access to the jogging machine, 40 lbs worth of weight, only single handed bars(4 7.5 lbs and 2 5 lb weights) I do play a lot of basketball, 5 days a week, I play a lot of sports, but it just isn’t doing me any good. Please help! I’d be very glad if you guys/gals could also make a list of food I should eat more of, and what kind of exercises I should do. I know I can’t lose weight in one specific spot, but I don’t know what to do.

Stop eating doritos, burgers, pizzas, etc. Leave the sodas alone and drink nothing but water and if you drink milk, switch to 1% or skim.

Wont eat Junk food
Wont drink soda’s
Will Exercise everyday
