Calcium helps your body dispose of fat, it really helps actually, take it three times a day though because you can’t absorb over 600 mg of calcium more than once every two hours. Fiber does help keep you full and push all that waste out, but ultimately I’ve found calcium to be more helpful. Do both!

with weight loss – YOU JUST NEED TO!
1) CUT YOU NORMAL CALORIE INTAKE!
2) RUNNING or SKIPPING as such activities burn calories by the shed load!
3) 8-9 hours sleep a night – as your body naturally burns when sleeping!
Thats all, you’ll get there if you keep you motivation going and work hard!
Good Luck!
