will i lose weight quickly if i starve myself ?

well i’m overweight and i can’t take it anymore … i try exercising but i get tired quickly and i’m never in the mood to … and i need to lose weight … so i’m thinking i just will not eat or eat very little for the next few weeks … do you think i could lose weight that way ? and how long will it take before i could start losing a bit of weight ?

    yeah if you want the most unhealthy way to lose weight AND DIE at the same time sure go ahead. that is so immature and stupid you cant survive over a few weeks without eating something and if you dont soon your body will start to eat itsself of the neutrience that your body provides…. its time to grow up a little and actually realize the harm you would be doing to your body by doing what you are suggesting.

    if you starve yourself it will just build all that fat you have now (no offense) and just gain the weight instead of losing it! Try eating less and more fruits and veggies! Stay away from health sandwiches though! I read those are the worst thing you could possibly eat! Trust me i know what im talking about im 5’5 and 100 lbs. !! Im huge! or just try to do track at your school or try out for something… it couldn’t hurt to try right?

    Ok first of all I hate all of these acai berry answers on all of these questions and second of all don’t starve yourself! Start out little. If you still eat not so good for you foods, try to branch off from one and switch to a healthier choice. Trader Joe’s has loads of yummy and healthy foods. If you go, get the chocolate granola bars they’re great! Good luck!

    I really hope you’re kidding. I’m 5’6 and 101. Kids have serious weight problems it’s sad. Either too skinny, normal, or obese 🙁
