Will I lose weight drinking diet drinks and sweetened coffee with soy milk?

I’m trying to lose weight by just drinking these and having a small, healthy dinner
I currently eat extremely healthily and go to the gym regularly

not really sweetners have additives in them which makes it more harmfull than sugar so i would stick to sugar

but as for diet drinks go ahead but dont drink to many cos they give you the runs

The low calories are good, but some people have to watch the sodium, sugar, etc, because people’s bodies are different. Water is always the best way to go to drink a fat (and everything else)-free beverage.

You probably need to do much more research on the topic of fat loss. I’m not trying to blow you off but I don’t know where to begin. I’m not really sure what you are saying? You mean no other food other than dinner. That will make you fatter.

Sure you will, but you will also mess up your metabolism in the process, causing you more grief down the road. Eat about 5 small meals a day and drink a lot of water. Make sure you are taking in less calories than you are using up during your day to day activities and your exercise routine. You should lose the weight gradually.

Everything helps. I would not drink too much coffee or diet drink (if you mean fizzy drinks). Neither are particularly good for you (even if they won’t make you gain weight).

You are better off drinking something such as herbal tea (if unsweetened even better).

The best way to lose weight is to make small, but sustainable changes, which is what you seem to be doing.
