boobs are fat so if you tone up and probably lose weight(even if thats not your intention) then yes your boobs will go smaller-but they will get more toned and perkier

if you loose weight it’s said that your boobs are the first thing to go but if your just toning up i’m sure they will become perky and won’t go!

Yeah, it really sucks! They’re mostly fat so they’re the first to go, but don’t worry. If you stick to your exercises, your other body parts will tone out and they’ll look normal again because you’ll be leaner. :]

Everybody’s pattern of fat deposition and loss is unique. Some women gain and lose breast tissue whenever their weight changes, others seem to hang on to their breast size long after other body parts shrink or grow.

So long as you lose fat, you have a chance that your boobs will drop in size. However, if you build chest muscle, it’s possible that it will offset any loss of fatty tissue. You might drop a cup size, but your bust size will stay the same (36C instead of 36D, for example.)

Generally, the strategy is to get to a healthy body fat percentage, and build as much muscle all over the body as your genetics will allow (for most women, usually not much at all). If, after all that, you’re still unhappy with your breast size, then you could seriously consider cosmetic surgery knowing that you have established a good foundation.

I do lots of upper body weights and mine have actually gone up a cup size to a D and they are a lot firmer and a nicer shape.
