will I loose weight quickly?

I am 15 and weight 119lbs.
1. I wake up stretch, do 25 push ups, 100 crunches.
Then I jog in place for 30 minutes with 5lb ankle weights on (too hot to run outside)
2. Eat breakfast ( low cal. cereal, and orange juice)
3. Eating small meals during the rest of the day. I usually eat a fat free yogurt, tuna plain, and a banana or something at different times during the afternoon.
4. I try to eat whatever my family has for dinner or just eat salad.
5. Then I try to workout like i do in the mornings.

I wanted to know how much weight I’d loose each month and if there is anything else I can do that will help. Thanks

I also play soccer but i want to get in better shape for the upcoming season.

    thats what i think because ive heard people loosing 20 pounds per month that do what ur doing so GOOD LUCK!!!!!!

    if you go to thedailyplate.com, you can track all the calories in the foods you eat and all of the calories you;ll lose with the excersize you’re doing. you can also say how many pounds you want to lose a week and it will tell you how many calories you should eat and so on.

    oohh and crunches dont help you lose weight. they are pointless to do.

    Huh. 119 Pounds is very healthy for a 15 years old (assuming you have the average height 15 years old normally have). As for your diet, it seems like your not giving enough to your body. You are undergoing some major changes (puberty), your body needs a variety of substances (carbs,fat,etc). Try to add meat or fish into your diet or something else that is healthy. And, you shouldn’t really be exercising on an empty stomach. It wont really contribute much to your weight loss and its usually not recommended (although there isn’t any potential harm to it). Your exercises seems pretty good to me.
