The best way to get rid of belly fat is to:
1) Eat healthy

2) Drink plenty of water and limit sweets and sweet drinks (even diet) as much as possible.
3) Do at least 30 minutes of cardio a day.
Power walking, jogging, biking, skating, swimming laps, jumping rope, dancing, and jumping jacks.

6) Try to limit stress as it causes weight to settle in the abdominal area.

Vegetarian diet can get you off the hook, but if you enjoy eating meat I don’t see why you would take up a vegan diet.
Look, you can have a flat stomach and still enjoy eating your favorite food, it’s just the question of portions and exercising. Portions should be smaller, but more frequent. Exercises should be performed regularly. 2+2=4 always!
