will a vegetarian diet help me lose stomach fat?

I want to know because I usually eat fatty “bad for you” foods and I need to lose fat around my stomach.oh!!! Could you throw in some workout tips too Thanks.

    1) Eat healthy

    Vegetarian diet can get you off the hook, but if you enjoy eating meat I don’t see why you would take up a vegan diet.
    Look, you can have a flat stomach and still enjoy eating your favorite food, it’s just the question of portions and exercising. Portions should be smaller, but more frequent. Exercises should be performed regularly. 2+2=4 always!
