It is simply amazing how many posts are in regards to loosing weight quickly and with little effort!
The fact of the matter is there are no ways to do that. The weight did not just appear overnight and it won’t disappear overnight either.
1.The formula for loosing weight is simple. One must burn more calories than they consume.
2.Resistance training is key… Lift some weights… You won’t get beefed up unless you really try to.
3.Stop eating junk… Eat a diet that is rich in lean meats and complex carbohydrates.
4.Google…. People want exercises and diets and ask for them here.. Use your search engine it will be faster and more complete.
5.If you won’t do what needs to be done, then stop B****ing about it.
6.Know that overweight people have a much more difficult time going through life. They will have significantly more health problems. Finding a mate will be harder and most likely if one is found it will be someone in similar physical condition.

      Because people want instant gratification. They don’t realize that it took time to put the weight on, therefore it will take time for it to come off.

      agreed. you can lose up to 10 pounds in a month without screwing up your system. that’s actually not a very long time. we’re all just impatient mofos.

      I completely agree with you.

      But, by nature, people like to take the path of least resistance to get to where they want to go. Evidence of this is all around us, this is just one of the many places that it shows up. What most people don’t realize is that the easiest route doesn’t always get them where they want to go… nor does it have the benefits later on that the other roads provided.

      But really, laziness is all it boils down to.

      I can’t believe it either. I also love all the crazy diets like “I’m going to drink nothing but water and then eat broccoli for the rest of the night” or “If I eat nothing but packages of sweetner all day, will I lose weight?”

      What has this world come to. The grocery store is booby trapped with a ton of bad choices and if you look at the person in front of you and behind you at the grocery store, most of them fill up on total crap. Serves them right. They’ll be on here soon begging for help too.
