Who out there has been on a weight-loss regimen and have actually lost weight?

I’m not talking long-term, short term (2-3 weeks)
Tell me about how it worked for you, how much weight you lost, and if you would recommend it or not.
I’m looking for something that could possibly allow me to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks.

    Increase your fiber intake to 30 grams per day and walk for half an hour each day at a moderate pace (make sure you don’t get your heart rate up, that would defeat the purpose.)

    I’m not going to explain why this works (lol sorry but it would take me 3294820 hours to type out XD) but it does.

    I’ve lost 5 pounds and it’s not even been a full week.

    Hi Lord, good question

    I was 152 pounds before I started planning to loss weight, but before I tell you how much weight I lost for 31/2 weeks, I’m gonna tell you first the ways I’ve done. I ate a high quality protein source with each meal and snack that I eat everyday. Quality proteins from grass-fed meats, grass-fed raw dairy, and even from plant sources such as nuts and beans provides good appetite suppression so you can control your calorie intake easier.

    And also I do jogging every morning and bicycle crunches that really helps my stomach muscles work.I also stop drinking beer and soda because it contains a big amount of sugar that would add another problem to my aim in losing weight for 3 weeks. So I was just drinking plenty of water rather than drinking soda.

    Doing this things everyday will really help you to loss weight for only 3 weeks. And about how many weight I have lost, I’ve lost 8 pounds for 3 weeks.
