Which exercises make you lose hip fat FAST?

I have big hip bones and a very small bone underneath (the one between your thigh and hip bones) so when I wear something skinny it looks like I have hips, a dent and then another set of hips!! It’s so ugly!
I have a little fat on them too so pleeeeeease tell me some exercises that make you lose hip fat! Maybe it can make my problem better.

Also if you have some diet tips they will be much appreciated.
Please don’t tell me about the healthy way because it never did anything to me just an effective diet, thanks.
