to gain muscle ? cause you loose it all when you lose weight don’t you ?

    You can maintain strength and muscle in certain areas while you lose weight by lifting. Trying to gain noticeable mass while dieting will not work though. I recommend you keep lifting. If nothing else it burns calories and raises metabolism throughout the day.

    Trying to get slimmer doesn’t mean losing all your muscle tone as well. In fact, toning your muscles can help you lose weight faster. As long as you don’t take in too much protein, your muscles won’t bunch up as much, and will only make you look leaner, thus, slimmer.

    jelly, I have been trying to lose weight for about 6 months now and have tried almost every single weight loss pill thats out there… 99% of them don’t work, I say 99% because I recently tried one that is starting to show some real results, acai berry pills..? so far I have been taking them for 2 months and I have lost 22lbs!
