whats the best way to get fit and boost your immune system ?

im looking for remedys to help boost my immune system also any tips on getting fit , i jog 4 times a week but is this enough ? maybe im asking whats the best way to get fit

    1. Drink plenty of water.
    2. Get proper sleep and relaxation to body.
    3.Drink lemon juice for acid-alkali balance of body
    4. Get plenty of protein.
    5.Eat good amount of raw vegetables ,fruits and herbs for antioxidants,minerals,fiber.
    6.Like you said you jog, get as much fresh air as possible.
    7. Always be happy.
