could anyone give me a routine of what i should eat etc as i want to lose weight quite fast

    then do alot of walking? go on with your daily routine
    have a small lunch – weight watchers bread say for example
    and have your dinner before 6ish but eat it slowly, cas you get filled up more.

    drink lots of water aswell in between meals.

    These are all good suggestions BUT the underlying problem is that cravings will eventually get the better of you!

    My sister struggled with weight loss for ages and said the only thing that worked for her was something called the ‘skinny patch’. its basically a patch you put on your arm that controls your appetite. She said while she was using it she had no cravings whatsoever and went from a size 14 to a 10 in a couple weeks!
