Try banana, and natural peanut butter (not the regular peanut butter because of sugar), and whole wheat tortilla or whole wheat bread with low sodium turkey deli,cheese to get calcium which is proven to promote weight loss (watch out for sodium content, and ingredients like high fructose corn syrup).

-peanut butter sandwich on a low calorie/high fiber wheat bread.
-half dozen baby carrots
-2 pieces of fruit
-dry healthy cereal – like wheaties, cherrios or a shredded wheat cereal (opt regular and not sweetened)
-bottle of water.

Everything on there has nutrition information and a picture, and you can search by color, type of food, number of calories etc. Oh … everything has directions for preparation and storing for lunch and most of it is pretty easy stuff that’s on the healthier side.
