Whats a good easy way to workout daily, quickly, and lose fat in my thighs and stomach?
Any ideas? Please. Im only 13 so dont give me a complicated diet idea or any stupid medicine pill that doesnt work. Thanks!

I’d recommend training with weights(I lost 14 pounds and numerous inches not to mention got a better toned tummy this way in the space of two weeks) but I don’t think a gym would be an option if your only 13 so I say take up walking for exercise and do crunches every day.(thats what did the tummy toning for me, my gymhad all the fancy equipment but when it came to tummy my trainer told me crunches and only crunches will do the job)

hey ok so just lay off the junk food and just be a kid and run around maybe some sit ups and crunches but dont fuss about it!
