What would really help me lose stomach weight during the Winter and really cold days.?

I really am trying everything to lose weight, I have even thought about taking pills. What should I do to make sure i lose alot of weight in my stomach and in my thigh area during the cold seasons.

What do you do if you have a busy schedule, How can I fit a good number of hours or time in for exercising?

    Eat salads and eat one slim CUISINE dinner in the evening then another salad in the afternoon. Then drink all the water you want to. Also get you some fat free ice cream for a great snack. This diet works but it takes a couple months for you to begin to see your efforts but it

    Try counting your calories for a week and make adjustments to lower your intake. Try using thedailyplate.com , awesome website, lets you count your calories, no matter what you ate. Also, try to eat smaller meals 4-6 times a day to raise your metabolism rate.
