What would be the best diet that is good for fat loss?

I have until June to lose this weight. I am 5’8 and i am 170lbs. I have already lost weight with not eating, but that is too unhealthy for my body. I need something really good that will work for losing weight. The thing i want to lose most is the fat that i have on my body. I already have muscles and everything, the only problem is that they are covered by a little chub chub. But i have until June 1st to lose this fat, and i ned help!

    There is no definate best diet, all different deits work for different people as we all have different bodys. You can’t starve yourself, thats the worst thing you can do so please don’t.
    Go to your GP, they will give you the best advice.
    Failing that if you feel too embarssed, exercise for at least 1 hour a day and eat plently of fruit and veg. You shouldn’t diet anyway, because alls deits do is rather give you smaller portions of food so your litrually starving yourself day in day out or they give you tablets or milkshakes that don’t even work. Stick with ther exercise and fruit and veg plan give it a few weeks and see the results (: if your not completly happy then see your GP as I said
