What would be a good exercise plan for me to lose weight steadily?
I just joined my local YMCA and I need to lose weight…What would be a good exercise plan for me to do? I have already done the treadmill for 20 min and the elliptical for 10 min and the bike for 15 min since Ive had the membership (I just got it)…What would be a good exercise plan to stick to for me to lose weight steadily?

Morning before taking any thing drink warm water 4-6 glass as per body requirement.
Keep your stomach half filled
Keep your weigh as per you height
Maintain hemoglobin level as your doctor says
Take more fruits & vegetables
Use brown breads or whole grains products
Minimize dairy product
Do exercise or walking 30-60 minutes
Do yoga, Pranayam(Dip breathing) in place of exercise if possible

Jog in your aerobic range (which is slightly more than a brisk walk) for 30-45 minutes a day. That burns fat fast. Once you get started you’ll find that it’s the best part of your day. Jogging releases endorphins and all kinds of feel-good chemicals in the brain. And they’ve proven that you’re intelligence quotient is 25% higher after exercising. Plus you can listen to books on tape and learn or be entertained while you’re jogging.

I would say the best way to lose weight is a balance between physical activity, diet, and supplements.
Physical – Cardio
Diet – 6 Meals, watch calories
Supplements – Proactol, it’s a great supplement that has helped me along with many family members lose weight 🙂

A good exercise weekly routine will include both aerobics and a strength training workout. Aerobics help burn excess fat and calories and strength training helps build lean muscles which in turn speeds up your metabolism.
I would recommend using the treadmill or elliptical at your local YMCA and do a minimum of 30 minutes 4 times a week. If you want to burn more calories, do a workout of 45 minutes. Don’t forget to warm up, stretch, cool down and stretch before and after your aerobics.
For strength training, I assume you have access to their machines. Do a rotation of the machines on the opposite days of your aerobics.
