What to do if my retainers don’t fit and teeth are crowding?

My teeth have shifted a little and i can see that because when i look at my teeth (when the retainers are on) the retainers do not fit. Also my retainers slope upwards. The left side of my retainers are normal but it gradually slopes up (metal wire of the retainers ). My bottom front teeth are crowded now. Do i keep wearing this retainer and maybe it will straighten back again?

    you need to talk to your dentist or orthodontist before doing anything. Tell him exactly what’s wrong and any other info and he/she should be able to tell you. Doing something about this yourself could have a bad outcome if your trying to save money its not worth it they put in the hours in school and know the most about it……..

    go to the place where you got it and say that it doesn’t fit you and that you want a new one.If you keep using that one your teeth will not be straight.
