more than you consume that’s for sure.
You have to burn all of them plus some that are already stored in your body.

well one thing you need to undersand about losing weight is you need to take in less calories then you burn off . so if your takin more calories then your burning off in a daily basis your justgonna gain weight. so try to take in less but burn more in the gym and trust me youll see results but makesure your eating foods that arent high in simple carbs ,sugars and fats and you should be okay. take care:)

It depends on how much you want to lose and how many calories you consume. Weight lose is simply burning more calories than you take in (you obviously know that much). There are roughly 3500 calories in a pound. So, your weight lose depends on what you eat, your daily lifestyle, and your workout habits Try MyFitnessPal.com. It’s a good site for counting calories. You put in how much weight you’d like to lose and they give you the amount of calories you need to consume and burn. Take a look.

be sure to burn out those extra calories by the end of the week. If you feel that you have consumed more calories than you should have during the week, it happens you know, and then make sure that you work off those extra calories by the end of the week.

Try to have breakfast within one hour of waking. It’s always best to have breakfast within an hour of waking so that your body can charge itself with the energy it needs for the day. The idea is not to wait for your self to get really hungry. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day but that does not mean that it should be the most filling meal of the day.
