What other excercises can i do to lose weight?

Im trying to lose weight and currently i excercise for 45 mins to 1 hour on the cross trainer everyday. The first week of my diet i only did 30 mins everyday but now i have increased it.
I do skipping sometimes but dont know what to do other than that!

    i find going on a bike ride helps if you can do someone to do it with u may find it helps if you and find some one to do it with

    but do not push you’r self to hard i would recommand you start with 30min a time for about 2 time a week and if you think it time move up to 3 time a week and so on

    skipping rope is one of the best exercises. try running, which will shed the pounds like nothing else but can be addictive and you can overdo it and get joint pain, injuries, etc. i also suggest body combat, which is excellent for your body and will get you trim, fast. circuit traning is also great, or any ‘boot camp’ style class.

    mainly though, whatever exercise makes you sweat buckets and blow bubbles, all of those will get the weight off. normal swimming, walking, salsa dance, yoga, body pump, these will do nothing but kill some time and maybe keep you from gaining more, but they wont get you slim.

    Skipping rope, jumping jacks, anything works as long as you are doing it fast and hard.

    Tabatha intervals: The perfect equipment is the cross trainer. Select a high level and do 8 minute intervals. 20 sec of (very)active work, then 10 sec of active rest. Active rest means that you’re using the machine at a slower speed and effort than when you’re maxing out at the 20 sec work zone.
