I’ve all ready tried selenium sulfite 2.5% and i didn’t see any results! Plz is there a medicine that is highly effective (for brown skin people) in curing this ANNOYING condition?

In Australia, there are Two Creams..
EgoDerm sold over the counter (on the shelf) at Chemists
and Aristcort 100g, which may need a dr’s prescription.
Both may be sold in the USA under a different name..Your Drug store should know.
Another good effective treatment, for the itch and redness, used regularly is Metholated Spirits daubed on.
HOW, do I know all this.I have the same problem.
Actually I found the use of daubing the metho on regularly more effective. Kind of BURNS it out without real stingy pain.
    (feels good) >>DONT drink it.
The EGODERM is also very good. but must be used very regularly,
in the first week of use.

The main cause of seborrheic dermatitis is overreaction of the immune system. Keeping it in a balanced state is the key point of battling this disease. I try to eat healthy food and avoid stress as much as I can.
After using number of prescription drugs I’ve turned to the natural treatments.
Now I use anti-psoriasis herbal remedies from serenaskin.com, which aim at the root of the disease – the immune system, and are steroid-free.
After about 2 weeks of using ointment and spray my skin has been cleared up and now I just continue with anti-psoriasis extract, which controls the immune system. My skin has been clear for months now.
It is the only treatment I have found that provides me complete relief when I use it as directed.
