what kind of exercises can I do to lose fat off of my body? I can’t run or jog cuz my shin splints are so bad?
what kind of exercise can I substitute for running and jogging that can help me lose total body fat. I am a pretty active guy, I lift 3 times a week, and have track practice every day, but I still wanna lose some escess fat. What can I do besides jogging?

crunches try 60 per day and you’ll get 2 your perfect size in 3 weeks…..if your 1-40 pounds away from your perfect weight

if you’ve got shin splints then I recommend Yoga (beginners) It can be really intensive and if you eat properly then it can really help with weight maintenance

Swimming is a great low impact exercise if you have access to a pool.

Biking and cardio on an elliptical, if your shins can take that. If not, swimming is a low impact super calorie burner.
