What kind of excercise would you recommened to lose weight fast?

I am 13 years old and i am overweight i would like to lose 7 pounds at least i really want to get rid of my sides their just big bulbs of fat that bother me and also want to lose that fat pouch. PLZ HELP!

    Running is probably the best as you burn alot of calories in a short space of time. If you can run up and down a hill it will work even better.

    Make sure that your diet is good though. About 90% of weightloss is a good diet.

    It’s not always easy, but you have to push yourself until your goal is reached. It pays off trust me 🙂

    its about diet and exercise. You can run 8 miles everyday, but if your eating 6 bigmacs it aint gonna help. Quit eating fast food, sugar filled treats, chew dentyne instead of sugar coated gum things like that. And RUN! Running burns a ridiculous amount of calories when you start sweating. Run as far as you can the first day. Your lungs will really start to hurt because they are healing themselves. The next day, do the same thing. You’ll slowly start to see your self running further and at that point you’ll be burning more calories as your lungs can sustain your body movement longer.

    Jumping rope excises every muscle group, provides a great cardio workout, and does not require expensive equipment or lots of time. It is just as good, or better than running because:

    the rope is only $1 at most toy stores, any Dollar Tree, or WalMart
    you can take the rope anywhere
    you can do it in short intervals and still get good results
    you do not have to leave home, run in the street, or worry about strangers watching you
    you can do it indoors or outdoors, so weather doesn’t matter
    you can do it while you watch tv and/ or listen to music, so you don’t get bored
    when you stop (get tired), you don’t have to go all the way back to the house
    you can change speeds, lift your legs higher, skip rope around the yard or put on ankle weights to change it up

    Running and jumping rope require you to lift your legs repeatedly, which will exercise your lower abs. Pull your tummy in while you jump rope to get the most benefit.
