What items are the staples to healthy eating?

I am wanting have healthy dinner meals without planning them for 2 weeks! I need to know what items I should get. Im not so sure how to put this. Like what meats, and vegetables and stuff. Enough to last 2 weeks with variety, and the best website to go to, to get healthy meal plans! maybe even one that prints off a grocery list of the items you need to complete the meals!

    Protein: Tofu, White Meat Chicken, Fish

    Starch: Whole Grain Pasta, Brown Rice, Potato (to bake or roast w/herbs)

    Veggies: Spinach, Broccoli, Carrots, any others you like

    Fruits: Apples, Berries (all kinds), Grapes, Pears

    Try to eat something from the protein, veggie and starch categories each night, and something from the fruits for dessert. Keep in ming when you prepare them that veggies are healthiest raw or steamed, whole grains are best, and if you use too much oil in your cooking healthy food can become very unhealthy.
