What is your best recommendation based on experience for fat loss?

What did you find the most successful for dropping weight? Running, elliptical, workout dvd’s etc.

    drink a full glass of water before each snack and each meal, that way you’ll eat less. stay away from fried foods

    Diet is most important above all.

    For exercise a combination of Strength Training and Interval Cardio Training works best.
