what is the quickest way to lose fat and get more toned.?

im moving soon and i want to get a little more toned and lose some fat. i weigh 125 now and i want to get down to 115 buy the end of the month.

    Weight training, *definitely*. Just don’t, whatever you do, weigh yourself. Go by how you look & your clothing fits.

    Exercise or walk everyday at least 20 minutes 2 X a day
    Eat healthy
    Leave out sugar
    Smaller portions

    Cardio six days a week for 30-60 mins with 3 days of muscle conditiong. Itll melt the fat, help start to tone the muscles, and reduce stress. Its hard to get into the habit of doing it, but once you get going youll be so happy you did.

    jogging — weights about 10 reps 3 times . Half body 1st day the other half the next – then repeat for effect. This is the best way to get toned. The weights are important so that the muscles are made firm and toned fast. When it is easy to do the reps then increase the weight but keep the reps at 10 so that you are toning- things will only get better after a couple of weeks it will be really easy to do — an easy routine

    Quickest way safely to lose weight is to, eat properly, and leave the sweets alone, lots of water especially if you want to eat something and it ain’t breakfast lunch or tea, no need to go jogging but some exercise will need to be done and regularly if u want to tone up. all the best
