What is the quickest way to lose belly fat?

Crunches? Your family secret?
I really want to know! I have some annoying belly fat that I want gone.

    Humans dont have what is called “spot reduction”. In the sense that if you want to lose stomach fat, working out your abs will not specifically target that fat. It will help sliminate your fat but only in the reverse order that you put in on. For example:
    If you initially are skinny but then get a fat stomach and then later on get fat legs. No matter what cardio exercises you do, you will first lost most of the fat in your legs before your body drops to its more initial reserves (your stomach)

    So untimely the best thing for you to do is to lose fat in general. Cut down on the number of calories you eat each day and at the same time increase the number of calories that you burn. The best way to lose calories fast is to run.

    Since I started middle school last year, I lost about 2 inches off my tummy. =D We have PE class every sings day, and every Tuesday, we have to run 3.2 kilometers. We call it the five-lap run, because it is 5 las around our track. At the beginning of the year, my time for it was 32 minutes. And then the last couple of runs I got 23 minutes and 22 minutes, once even 21 minutes. I did this for the whole school year (10 months) every Tuesday, and that’s how I lost the belly fat I did. Not to mention I go swimming once a week, I bowl, and I started to eat healthier, like whole grains and brown bread instead of white, drinking more water and cutting out more carbs, sugar, trans fat, et.
