With so many drugs being made available i think the link might be of use to you. But if you mean people on low income list, them some countries do provide treatment or charities do

as i understand it, in general they are called Anti-retrovirals and work by bringing up the cd4 count which boosts immunity.
not sure what the 1st one was called or how it was discovered.
I think HIV medication is free on the nhs in the uk, but as far as other countries are concerned i’m not sure. not very helpful maybe but at least i tried! xx
