Well – you could take a look at the Atkins diet – makes you feel like a cave man. People lose weight quite quickly at first – 20 lbs in two weeks isn’t all that uncommon. You can get a used copy of Atkins’ book “New Diet Revolution” off of Amazon.com. It’s a good read – I’ve been doing this for the past 10 years – best diet I can imagine.

DONT be too un-realistic with what you want to do. make small changes, like where you would have an unhealthy snack swap it with something a little less fattening. try and go for a run/do some form of excercise for 45 minutes or so every other day. ermmmm…cut out on small things, like fillings in sandwhiches. i dont allow myself butter, mayo or anything like that. occasionally treat yourself! maybe write a diet plan or something like that. i try to do all those above and thats the best way for me to loose weight. if i try to starve myself and do loads of excercise, i just feel tired, cranky and the next week ill just eat double what i should! hope i helped

hey… janet here.. hopefully my own personally story can be of some guidance/help to you..
I’m 5’8 and at the time I was about 220 lbs.. and was trying real hard to lose weight for almost 8 months… i just had a baby girl at the time.. and during my pregnancy i gained a tonnnn of weight and much of it stuck with me after she was born, and the hubby began getting on my case and bothering me non stop about my new weight problem… so after a few months of that, it really started getting to me, plus summer was about to get here- and i love the beach! So i decided to try and do something about it…
ive since tried almost every diet system out there… the standard eat less-exercise more change lifestyle diet, south beach, atkins, slimfast, acai berry, weight watchers, etc… I also tried taking many different weight loss supplements.. and overall nothing has really worked well for me…. But i came across this diet program >> http://www.fatloss.pcti-system.com .. which a couple of my girlfriends put me onto, and it worked amazing for me like nothing else has.
Right now I’m only 180 lbs.. I’m still overweight but I’ve already lost 40 pounds and I’m well on my way to my goal of 160 lbs.. I hope i was of some help.. I wish you all the best of luck!

Well to answer your question it would take ime but here is a workout or thing that might help :
1)Stop eating and excercise intensely. (time consumed: about a week, maybe)
2) Dehydrate yourself. Do not drink any water, and you can lose up to 10 pounds (time consumed: a day or two)
3) Get lipo-suction (time consumed: idk, i guess a few hours)
4) Cut off a limb. (time consumed: instantaneous)
