What is the fastest way to lose weight?

How can i lose weight fast? I have had enough of being size 14 ….. I have tried everything to lose weight like running eating less and healthly but it just doesnt work for me, is there any thing i can take like a tablet or sumin from a shop?

    Try not eating anything with sugar added, that include corn syrup and most breads. Fruits are okay.

    But it would probably be simpler to learn the difference between when you feel hungry and when you just want to eat something. Knowing that helps stop you from eating when you don’t need to, and might help you lose weight.

    Keep in mind your body only needs a little more energy than it uses, so if you sit in an office everyday, you don’t need a huge lunch with dessert. If you play professional football, then you can eat an entire buffet and still be hungry.

    Also remember that your stomach isn’t like the gas tank in a car. It doesn’t instantly tell you when it’s full, there’s a ten-twenty minute delay. Eat slower and you should still be full, but not overeat.

    otherewise i wudnt recommend em but taking laxatives appently helps (cn sum girl on jeremy kyle lost loadsa weight lol) but lke i said i wouldnt recommend it
    other wise eat lots of fruit n veg
    dnt eat after 6pm
    eat 6 small meals a day
    walk as much as poss

    There are some good weight loss pills out there, look for one that acts an appetite suppressant and a fat bocker, it will make you actually feel less hungry so you eat less, and your body will not store as much fat.

    As for what to use I found a good one that really worked for me, it is called Phen 375,
    it is both a fat blocker and an appetite suppressant

    I found it via a website actually for mens health, but My wife has also bought it and she has lost over 7 lbs really quickly. I would really recommend it. It is being compared to Alli which you may have heard of (sold in boots), but dont touch it, it has really unpleasant side effects that they dont tell you about.

    This Phen375 doesnt appear to have any side effects.

    Hello there. I am based in the UK and we are really getting the American syndrome here as far as over weight and obesity goes.
    Although I used to drill my self in early days, I am now 57 years young, I obviously did slack of at one time. I have been through Herbalife and other formula diets. Weight Watchers is a real pain but ok for someone that is weak in maths. (they do more counting than they do eating), hours in the gym with all the posers that can’t work by a mirror without observing their muscles and puckering their lips, big No No!
    At the end of the day it’s all down to nutrition. If you are eating crap you will look crap, period. That don’t mean you can’t eat what you want to eat. There is no reason what so ever to punish yourself if you want to lose weight. Discipline is the magic word. Eat what you want but also know, how much to eat, when to eat, how to eat it!
