What is the fastest way to loose belly fat?

I want to know the fast way, literally the fastest way, to loose belly fat.
I don’t have an exercise equipment like treadmills or weights or anything like that. So all the exercise I do would have to be without any equipment.
I do have a trampoline (if that would help?) and I’m getting a pool soon. Oh and I’ve got a big garden.

What would be the best way?
Please help!

Thanks 🙂

To lose stomach fat fast you should add some form of exercise to your daily routine.

What is the best exercise for a flat stomach? If you are thinking about crunches, sit ups or other stomach exercises check out the link above, you are going to be surprised.

Doing cardio exercises is probably the single most important thing you can do to get a flat stomach. They burn far more calories then stomach exercises like crunches or leg lifts. When you do cardio exercises your body will burn calories and when you burn more calories then you consume you will be losing fat, stomach fat included.

You can’t have a flat stomach if you have a layer of fat covering your stomach muscles. By doing cardio exercises you will burn fat all over your body, reducing the fat covering your stomach, making your stomach muscles show.

Swimming and using the trampoline are the best forms of exercise – along with walking – because they use every muscle in your body to do. Try and do at least an hour every night and you’ll notice a difference!

Once you’ve got it toned, or at the size you want, do some hula-hooping too! 20 minutes a day will burn weight quicker than you’d think!

You have to make sure you’re eating right too, otherwise it’ll all be pointless!

    Good luck 🙂 xx

jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weight
evenly throughout your whole body. If you want to lose weight in
specific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they are
your problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will have
to work double on them. The best approach is this:
    1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normal
    weight, lower for overweight).
    2. Run/jog to lower your overall body fat percentage.
    3. Target your problem areas with exercises.
an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,
for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure
that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you
will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your
body back, until it’s parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and
move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add
to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week,
guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat – if you have any – six
pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these
crunches – I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT
ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.
