What is the fastest way to get really thin and fit arms?
I really just wanna look good in my clothes by having thin and fit arms. I want to be tone so when I go to school I look good. What exercises should I do?? What exercises tone what part of the arm??
If I use weights how much should they weigh??

u can do close pushups and regular pushups

Eat healthy food.
Exercise. (a good mix of cardio and weight training, even if it is very light weight)
You will look great!
