    Take a knife and cut the fat off… or pay someone else to do it. It’s very fast and not very safe.

    Why the rush to lose weight? Won’t you still want to have the weight off further down the line? Weight loss isn’t a mystery. Eat more fresh vegetables and fruit. Eat more whole grains, low fat dairy and fiber. Eat good quality, lean protein. Stop when you’re full. Exercise. It works, you’ll feel better and you’ll be healthier in the long run.

    Remember Anna Nicole Smith? She lost weight pretty fast. She’s dead now. Oprah also lost a lot, quickly on Optifast. Gained it back. Crash diets can screw you up for life, or take your life. But, of course, it’s your choice. Best of luck.
