What is the best way to lose fat around the stomach area to expose abs?
I am 16 years old, weigh around 150 pounds, am 5 feet 11 inches, and eat very healthily. At the moment i know i have developed a six pack of muscle but it is hidden under very stubborn baby fat. My metabolism is pretty fast but i need to know the best way to get rid of the excess fat. Thank you for any answers!

Apparently cardio such as cycling, running etc. leg raises help as well

You can’t target certain fat, you need to run run run. Running burns fat the fastest and when you run tighten your abdominal to gain lean muscle mass therefore making your 6 pack appear faster. It worked for me. Trust me. It will take a few months of hard work in the weight room and running about 5-10 minutes every day.

Here, i started working on this routine every other day for 4 weeks, and i have a perfect 6 pack. i am only 14 years old and i had some fat on my belly when i started doing this, but this routine below is great. 🙂
