What is the best way of getting very fit?

I want to train my body into being very very fit. Like military fit but maybe not that sort of fitness yet because they boast the fitness’ of International athletes.

I want to become very fit that I can feel superhuman when comparing myself to the average civilain.

So what’s a good start to this? Would you say hill running, running with additional weight, rowing, shorter rest times and more carbs before the training?

    Maybe get a personal trainer? And/or consult a nutritionist on what is the best diet for bulking up. I wouldn’t personally go for any steroids or supplements, just hard work!

    I used to train 3-5 times per week which included 8KM Runs & Plenty cross training: Running,(Shuttle runs, hill, stairs and sand dunes if you live near beach!!) Gym (weights), and Cycling! And a healthy diet to help you sustain ! Don’t run with additional weight, you are more prone to injury! Trust me! WHy do you need extra weight anyway?? Before you train loading on carbohydrates is essential and important for your body to sustain! Pasta and porridge are great !!

    Have you heard of P90x. It is an advanced fitness routine. I am on my 3rd week of it, and Wow! It is awesome! You will get in the best shape ever with this!

    It is not for beginners though. You should have at least some level of fitness before starting. And, it is not easy. You will be working out for about 1 hour- 1 1/2 hours for 6 days a week for 90 days. You can do it for more than 90 days, but the system is designed to get you to “ripped” in 90 days.

    It includes a complete nutritional guide, too. Because, doing a program like this, it is very important to not only eat the right things, but you have to EAT. It will not be effective if you don’t eat enough food.
