what is the best tummy fat loss supplement and workout/eating routine for that?

I need to loose my tummy fat lower and sides, i would like to take a supplement to help me loose weight but i dont know the one to take for females and that actually works. I would also like to know some good workout, stomach exercises for this!

    crunches
    sit ups
    pilates
    pelvic tilts
