What is the best technique for losing weight on the thighs?

I’ve got size 12 legs and want to lose enough to be a size 10 for a wedding in 4 months

    try going to the gym as much as you can manage during the week,but don’t get too carried away!
    try cycling as well to make the exercise more fun.

    the best is to swim this also helps u to tone up, lose weight and you feel good after. no mumbo jumbo out of me trust me i used to be a size 16 and now i go swimming three times a week and i and a size 10 now. i have done this for approx 9 months

    It’s not really possible to lose weighht in just one place. To lose weight on your thighs you have to lose weight everywhere. The best way to do this is through cardio exercise. Run, swim, cycle, sex, anything that gets you sweaty and out of breath is burning off fat. 4 months is a perfect amount of time to get into a cardio routine!

    To specifically tone the muscles in the thighs (so that when you lose the excess fat the legs look defined), add some weighted squats to your workout. You can do them at home (using bags of sugar of bottles of water as dumbells) or in the gym. Some examples of squatting exercises to tone thighs at the link below:

    You can’t really choose where you want to lose weight from, but if you cut down your food intake & exercise more, you will become slimmer overall.

    to be honest the best way is not to go on a diet as ive tried them all and diet pills and they dont work lol but just change your diet and go swimming 4-5 times a week for about an hour each time it tones your tummy and all your body up wonderful too ! i lost 2 stone since may its great and i eat loads too im just eating the right foods but instead of swimming try aqua arobics its great and really fun ! great question star for you and goodluck !
