What is the best natural way to lose weight?

I weigh 210 lbs, I have tried a few products and ways to lose weight, but they don’t seem to work. I want to lose 90 lbs before June. What would be the quickest and simplest way to lose weight, and do is safely. Thank you for your time.

    products are just ripping your wallet of you… the only true way to lose weight is by exercising, and eating healthy. hard work and discipline is a must aswell

    Exercise girl friend no doubt about it. I lost 8 kilos in 3 mths by trainging 3-4 times a week thats inc cardio and weights, and guess what? I got to still eat everything and anything of course in moderation.. non of those so called diet pills work, maybe in the short term, but definatly exercise is the way to go!!! good luck !!

    simply exercise. Start by walking around the track with some music and find some peeps you can work out with and keep accountability with each other 🙂 watch the diet and create a life long one you can abide to. good luck.

    On an empty stomach in the morning, drink 1 glass of warm water mixed with juice of half a lime and 1 tsp honey. OR

    Try first doing a cleansing to get out all that yucky stuff that might be blocking you from losing weight.

    Once you do that, go on a JUICE FAST.

    have a 15 minute simple exercise everyday
    it is better than 4hrs non limited exercise once a week

Part of what I do is the beachbody.com P90X dvd workout…fabulous… The other thing I do is the subconscious motivational recordings from http://www.independentachievement.com Both have gotten me to where I wanted to be weight and fitness wise.

    in the breakfast eat:
    semi.skilled milk with high bran cereals as it helps you digest and it is really important for you to eat that
    lunch:
    have a salad and fruits (in the past many people had salad and fruit that doesnt mean starving yourself it is just way healthier then eating chocolate and getting fat on tv)
    dinner:
    have vegies the green one have less calories and they r nice too!!! and sometimes have a bit of pasta as you do indeed need some fat on ur diet but not too much because you already have some in your body that need to be lost
