    medicine isnt a way of reducing body fat. You should just be carefull of what you eat. try not to use medicine because it doesnt do your body much good. you just need to watch what you eat!!!

    A low fat diet (not a fad diet).

    When I had my gall bladder taken out, the dr told me to keep my intake under 30 grams of fat per day. He also said if it looks good, don’t eat it lol

    Avoid consumption of fatty food like curd,meat,etc.
