The only permanent therapy is immunotherapy, also known as allergy shots. They really do work.
Other than that, antihistamines and nasal steroids. Good luck.

Everyone responds to treatment differently. You have to find out what is best for you. I, personally was allergic (anaphylactic reaction) to the allergy medication the doctors had prescribed. Allergy shots were out of the question.
You might familiarize yourself in how to avoid mold and dust or cut down your exposure to either.

So, no allergy shots don’t work for everyone. You have to find out what works best for you.

Avoid the dust, especially in your home environment. Take antihistamines. Allergy shots or sublingual antigen drops.

Allergies are sometimes tough to live with, I’ve lived with mine for years. I have used antihistamines, (allergy doctor recommended) and used a good quality room air purifier which keeps them at bay quite well.

I’m impressed, I need to say. Actually not often do I encounter a blog that’s each educative and entertaining, and let me inform you, you may have hit the nail on the head. Your thought is outstanding; the difficulty is one thing that not enough people are speaking intelligently about. I’m very blissful that I stumbled throughout this in my seek for something relating to this.
