What is the best fat bunring work out?

I am getting bored with the treadmill and the eliptical at the gym. Give me some suggestions to burn fat without bulking up with muscle, I just want to maintain a lean, feminine figure.

I had way too much fat in all the wrong areas until I used colon cleanse, I acknowledge they say that pills will not work, nevertheless they certainly worked for me, and they have been showcased on CNN too. There is a free trial happening currently at http://rabelt.yourfastdiet.info , try it, what is the worst that could happen?

The best way to burn fat is to consume less food and move more often, the problems surface when we actually try to put that into operation! There are a lot of opportunities to fail in the big wide world aren’t there?! I uncovered some good advice by reading the site in the box below, they have a lot of guidance, I melted away 5 pounds by using their methods.

Women usually don’t get bulky with just exercise, they just get lean, unless they’re on steroids… Anyways, Dr. Oz had an awesome dance on his show called the Zumba, and it burns a lot of calories an hour. You should google it (or go to his site) to find out more about it 😉 I seriously love it; you feel great, it’s not boring, and doesn’t feel like excercise! Good luck!

Swimming does wonders, but over doing that can give you too large of legs.
For the midsection I recommend exercises like v-sits.
Yoga is a really great way to get the body I think you’re looking for— or dancing.

One of the best ways to burn fast is with lifting weights. If you are wanting to maintain or develop a lean body you should stick to high rep workouts. You may develop some muscle but you won’t bulk up keep your reps in the 10-15 rep range and you should get a cardio and build the muscle that will boost your resting metabolic rate which will keep you burning more calories while you are not exercising.

    Gaawd Chris.
At low BMI, & agree with Ziff.
Cardio – running – been doing it since age 11 – just makes me eat more. Hate that, but it’s true.
Yoga & weights with very little cardio-for-sake-of-cardio has been my most effective method of taking weight off. Not running often & instead using balancing & strength to work in cardio has seemed to work. If you can get to relatively strenuous stuff – hand balancing positions like yoga “crow,” side planks, chin ups, pushups with feet on the ball, using those cool kettlebells, as part of your normal routine, then more can be done with less time at the gym.

If you already run, try adding in swimming and cycling. Triathlons are very fun, plus you will lose weight. I started doing triathlons and lost 40 lbs in less than a year without being overly concerned with a restrictive diet.

Having a few different options will keep things interesting instead of just doing the same old treadmill routine all the time.
