    I don’t know if this is the BEST exercise but run! Running makes you sweat and burn calories fairly fast. Some sort of jazz dancing work outs can also help. Also if you need to loose that weight in that amount of time, maybe change your diet as well. Lay off of oily foods and foods high in calories. Drink plenty of water as well.

    do atkins or gi diet you will lose weight fast i have a wii and i bought my fitness cardio workout its only £10.00 its really good if not put your best songs and dance, run up and downstairs or just use the bottom step, get some water tablets they’ll help make sure you drink plenty of water

    Ok, first you need to drink 60-80oz of water EVERYDAY!! This will get rid of the bloat feel and give you a good confident booster! Go to walmart or walmart.com and buy Jillian Michaels 30 day shred! It’s awesome but hard work. I would say you can do it cause I weigh only 110 and went down to 107 (not on a diet) in one week! If I lost that much not on a diet and being as small as I am, you should lose more! The DVD is only 9 bucks and a 25min workout so anyone can do it! I even have hip problems! Make sure and do it EVERYDAY for the 30 days and you will see and feel a difference! Eat healthier and less for the results you want. If you really want this, you have to work hard but you can do it! It will make you sweat but seriously, I’ve tried EVERY fad diet out there and it’s a temporary loss that wont last through the vacation.
